What is  formalin?
A colorless solutions of formaldehyde used chiefly as a preservation for biological specimens. It is strong-smelling chemical substance also used in industry of textile, plastic, papers, paint, construction etc..
The use of formalin worldwide in preservation of fish, fruit and other food items is posing a threat to public health . The chemical used as solution in water keeps fish fresh and makes fruits like mangoes attractive. This chemical usually used to stop dead bodies from rotting is now being used to preserve edible term.

How it works?
If we combine this formalin in to material such as fish meat the formation will  be observed by the meat of fish with ease then formalin will remove cells from the fish meat and replace it with a more rigid formaldehyde.

Formalin Health Hazards.
Frequently use of preservation food. It will over time can cause irritation to the stomach so the blood can cause vomiting, or diarrhea mixed with blood , urine or blood and could also potentially cause death.
The most common is chronic poisoning due to eating food that use often preserved with formalin is usually damaged kidney or can cause cancer in the future.
